Payment methods

Online orders:

These can be paid by bank contact online, or by bank transfer. Please note duration of payment via bank transfer is greater. (Shipping will take place once payment is received).

Pickups:

On site, payment can be made either by cash, or by bank contact. Subsequent payment by bank transfer is not permitted.

How can I arrange the takeover of an old iPhone or iPad?

We can take over 1 iPhone or iPad each time you purchase a new device from us. Single takeovers are not done. Takeover prices can be found in the tables below.

OPTION 1: How can iRepairshop take over a device if I have ordered the new one online? (ATTENTION: this is possible up to 1 month after the invoice date)

  1. Make sure that the device to be transferred has been completely erased (if applicable). You can do this by first logging out of the iCloud. Afterwards in the settings - general - reset - erase all content and settings.
  2. Make sure the device is carefully packed in a box. Include a copy of the invoice from the purchase of the new device and state on it that this is a device for takeover. Also mention the account bank account number where the reimbursement can be made.
  3. Then follow the steps via this link
  4. The credit amount will be refunded to your bank account number.

OPTION 2: How can I hand in a device for takeover if I pick up the new one on site?

  1. Make sure the device to be transferred has been completely erased (if applicable). You can do this by first logging out of iCloud. Afterwards in settings - general - reset - erase all content and settings. Be sure to do this before bringing the device in! if it is not erased, no takeover is possible.
  2. The credit amount will be deducted from the purchase of your new device.

NOTE: If you can't delete the device beforehand, you can also bring it in afterwards. The amount will then be paid into your account by bank transfer afterwards.

Note: acquisition prices are valid only when purchasing a new device from iRepairshop.
The device must be completely erased and free of icloud (TEST!) unless declared as "dead". Acquisition prices are subject to perfect functioning.

If the device has a battery with a condition lower than 85%, €25 will be deducted from the purchase price.

Takeovers

Can I pay with eco-checks/consumption vouchers?

Ecocheques (NO PAPER ECOCHEQUES):

Allows you to purchase all appliances that are "refurbished". Eco-vouchers cannot be used on new devices, or accessories. You can only use the eco-vouchers physically in our sales locations (Gentsesteenweg 283 Zele, Markt 52 Zele, Gentse Steenweg 6 Lokeren). So not in the online webshop, or other sales partner on our website where they are not accepted.

Consumption vouchers:

With these you can make purchases from the entire range. You can only use the consumption vouchers physically in our sales locations (Gentsesteenweg 283 Zele, Markt 52 Zele AND Gentse Steenweg 6 Lokeren). So not in the online webshop, or other sales partner on our website where they are not accepted.

Kan ik mijn playstation bij jullie overlaten?

Hoe kan ik mijn Playstation bij jullie overlaten en welk bedrag kan ik ervoor krijgen?

U kan bij ons een playstation 4 overlaten, indien bij ons een nieuwe playstation 5 wordt aangekocht. Losse overname van een playstation 4 doen we niet.

Voor de exacte overnameprijs is het afhankelijk van het aantal controllers + de conditie en model van de playstation. U kan hiervoor steeds met ons contact opnemen en een mail sturen naar helpdesk@irepairshop.be

Heb je een Playstation 5 ter overname? Dan kan deze overgenomen worden los, onafhankelijk van een andere aankoop. Overnameprijs hiervan is afhankelijk van het model, conditie en het aantal controllers. Wens je een indicatie van de overnameprijs? Neem gerust met ons contact op via helpdesk@irepairshop.be

 

 

Overnames
In stock/ Available soon?

Devices where it says "in stock" can be ordered immediately and will be delivered within 24h after receipt of payment. (Provided that the transport service is not delayed).

Devices marked "available soon" are devices that are not physically in stock. Since we are market-dependent, (depending on what goes into recycling). We cannot give a specific date for when they will be back in stock. Usually we receive new stock every week. Everything is updated online in good time. You can always register online with the relevant device to receive an email as soon as this device comes back in stock.
