Online orders:

These can be paid by bank contact online, or by bank transfer. Please note duration of payment via bank transfer is greater. (Shipping will take place once payment is received).

Pickups:

On site, payment can be made either by cash, or by bank contact. Subsequent payment by bank transfer is not permitted.

Do I have a warranty on the battery of my purchase?

You have a 1-year battery warranty on every device purchased from us. This warranty is valid as soon as the condition of the battery drops below 80%.

1) You have in iPhone

(On an iPhone found under settings, battery, battery condition)

If the battery scores below 80% it can be replaced immediately and free of charge on site after making an appointment. You can make an appointment through one of our branches found here.

If you cannot come by, you can also send it to us. Follow the steps described in this link.

Your device will be repaired within 3 working days.

2) You have an iPad or Macbook

With an iPad or Macbook, you cannot check the battery yourself, and the device will have to be checked at an iRepairshop service center.

How do I bring a device into a physical store for warranty repair?

! Pay attention, not in every shop a repair can be done immediately on the spot, please read the explanation for every shop !

If possible, make an appointment via the online calendar so that we can help you right away. And solve your problem on the spot.

Make sure you bring your proof of purchase so we can check the warranty (if you no longer have it, we can also look it up at our store. But this leads to a longer waiting time. )

 

Repair
How can I arrange the takeover of an old iPhone or iPad?

We can take over 1 iPhone or iPad each time you purchase a new device from us. Single takeovers are not done. Takeover prices can be found in the tables below.

OPTION 1: How can iRepairshop take over a device if I have ordered the new one online? (ATTENTION: this is possible up to 1 month after the invoice date)

  1. Make sure that the device to be transferred has been completely erased (if applicable). You can do this by first logging out of the iCloud. Afterwards in the settings - general - reset - erase all content and settings.
  2. Make sure the device is carefully packed in a box. Include a copy of the invoice from the purchase of the new device and state on it that this is a device for takeover. Also mention the account bank account number where the reimbursement can be made.
  3. Then follow the steps via this link
  4. The credit amount will be refunded to your bank account number.

OPTION 2: How can I hand in a device for takeover if I pick up the new one on site?

  1. Make sure the device to be transferred has been completely erased (if applicable). You can do this by first logging out of iCloud. Afterwards in settings - general - reset - erase all content and settings. Be sure to do this before bringing the device in! if it is not erased, no takeover is possible.
  2. The credit amount will be deducted from the purchase of your new device.

NOTE: If you can't delete the device beforehand, you can also bring it in afterwards. The amount will then be paid into your account by bank transfer afterwards.

Takeovers
How can I arrange the takeover of an old Playstation?

We can take over 1 Playstation each time you purchase a new unit from us. Single takeovers are not done. The takeover prices can be found in the tables below.

Takeover Playstation
How do I return an order or defective device? (Within warranty)
  1. If you wish to return an order consisting of accessories or covers to cancel your order, simply follow the steps in this link
  2. If you wish to return an iPhone or iPad, it is necessary to erase the device first. In case of an iPhone or iPad you can find this under: settings, general, reset, erase all content and settings. (If this is not possible, please also mention this in the shipment.) Make sure you have a backup yourself so you do not lose any data. Also state clearly that it is an exchange, repair or cancellation! Then follow all the steps via this link.                                                                                                                  
  3. If it concerns a Macbook/iMac/Mac Mini, it is only necessary to log out of the iCloud. You can find this under settings, Apple id, overview, log out. In this case, also make sure to backup your data yourself. And delete all files/documents. Attention, this is entirely your own responsibility. iRepairshop cannot be held responsible for documents that have not been deleted from the device. Also clearly mention that it is an exchange, repair or cancellation! Afterwards follow all the steps via this link.

                   

Your shipment will be replaced/repaired within 2 working days. Or if you choose to cancel, the refund will be made within 5 working days of receipt.

How do I send a device for repair? (Out of warranty)
  1. Make your own backup or backup of your data so you don't lose data.

Can I pay with eco-checks/consumption vouchers?

Ecocheques (NO PAPER ECOCHEQUES):

Allows you to purchase all appliances that are "refurbished". Eco-vouchers cannot be used on new devices, or accessories. You can only use the eco-vouchers physically in our sales locations (Gentsesteenweg 283 Zele, Markt 52 Zele, Gentse Steenweg 6 Lokeren). So not in the online webshop, or other sales partner on our website where they are not accepted.

Consumption vouchers:

With these you can make purchases from the entire range. You can only use the consumption vouchers physically in our sales locations (Gentsesteenweg 283 Zele, Markt 52 Zele AND Gentse Steenweg 6 Lokeren). So not in the online webshop, or other sales partner on our website where they are not accepted.

Discounts on large purchases?

Will I receive an invoice of the purchase?

You will always receive an invoice with every purchase clearly showing the purchase date for any warranty.

Companies will also always receive the invoice stating their VAT number.

Delivery and Shipping

All shipments are made by B-Post insured shipping. Shipping costs are €6 for orders under €50. From €50, shipping is completely free.

Delivery time within Belgium is 1-2 working days, for foreign countries 3-4 working days.

You always receive a track and trace number with every order so you can follow the package.

New condition/ Used/ Refurbished?

"New condition" refers to devices that are as good as new, no or very minor signs of use. In most cases, the devices feature a new screen and back. In other words, refurbished (revised). Each battery was tested and replaced if necessary so that the useful life of the device is maximized.

With "used" we mean devices with light scratches on screen or back. But of course perfectly working and with 2 years warranty. The battery was tested and if necessary replaced so that the usage time of the device is maximum.

"Refurbished" means that the devices are Revised. In other words, regardless of the external condition (New condition or used), these are devices that have been completely checked and put in order. so that the device has a perfect operation.

In stock/ Available soon?

Devices where it says "in stock" can be ordered immediately and will be delivered within 24h after receipt of payment. (Provided that the transport service is not delayed).

Devices marked "available soon" are devices that are not physically in stock. Since we are market-dependent, (depending on what goes into recycling). We cannot give a specific date for when they will be back in stock. Usually we receive new stock every week. Everything is updated online in good time. You can always register online with the relevant device to receive an email as soon as this device comes back in stock.

Samsung repairments?

We are also happy to repair your Samsung devices. Please note, for samsung we do not always have all parts in stock. Would you like the repair to be carried out quickly? Please contact us in advance at helpdesk@irepairshop.be . If possible, please send us the model number immediately. This can normally be found on the back of your device, and looks like this: SM-XXX (the XXX are numbers).

When do I have warranty on my device?

All our devices are sold with 12 months warranty.

The warranty is valid on everything except water damage, fall damage or mishandling of the device.

On the battery is 12 month warranty. This warranty is valid as soon as the battery capacity drops below 80%.

What battery condition should I expect from my purchase?

Every device sold (iPhone, iPad, Macbook) with a battery is extensively tested in the testing process. The condition of the battery must score at least 85%.

If this is not the case, the battery is always replaced with a new one.

This applies to devices with slight traces of use as well as devices in new condition.

Furthermore, there is always a 1-year warranty on each battery. If this condition drops below 80% in the first year, it can be replaced immediately and free of charge on the spot.
