How can I arrange the takeover of an old Playstation?

We can take over 1 Playstation each time you purchase a new unit from us. Single takeovers are not done. The takeover prices can be found in the tables below.

OPTION 1: How can I take over a device if I have ordered the new one online? (ATTENTION: this is possible up to 1 month after the invoice date)

  1. Make sure the device to be transferred has been completely erased, so your data and account on the playstation has been deleted.
  2. Make sure the device is carefully packed in a box. Include a copy of the invoice from the purchase of the new device and state that this is a device for transfer. Also include the bank account number where the refund may be made.
  3. Then follow the steps via this link.
  4. The credit amount will be refunded to your account number.

OPTION 2: How can I hand in a device for takeover if I pick up the new one on site?

  1. Make sure the device to be transferred has been completely erased, so your data and account from the playstation has been deleted.
  2. The credit amount will be deducted from the purchase of your new device.

Can I pay with eco-checks/consumption vouchers?

Ecocheques (NO PAPER ECOCHEQUES):

Allows you to purchase all appliances that are "refurbished". Eco-vouchers cannot be used on new devices, or accessories. You can only use the eco-vouchers physically in our sales locations (Gentsesteenweg 283 Zele, Markt 52 Zele, Gentse Steenweg 6 Lokeren). So not in the online webshop, or other sales partner on our website where they are not accepted.

Consumption vouchers:

With these you can make purchases from the entire range. You can only use the consumption vouchers physically in our sales locations (Gentsesteenweg 283 Zele, Markt 52 Zele AND Gentse Steenweg 6 Lokeren). So not in the online webshop, or other sales partner on our website where they are not accepted.

Will I receive an invoice of the purchase?

You will always receive an invoice with every purchase clearly showing the purchase date for any warranty.

Companies will also always receive the invoice stating their VAT number.

New condition/ Used/ Refurbished?

"New condition" refers to devices that are as good as new, no or very minor signs of use. In most cases, the devices feature a new screen and back. In other words, refurbished (revised). Each battery was tested and replaced if necessary so that the useful life of the device is maximized.

With "used" we mean devices with light scratches on screen or back. But of course perfectly working and with 2 years warranty. The battery was tested and if necessary replaced so that the usage time of the device is maximum.

"Refurbished" means that the devices are Revised. In other words, regardless of the external condition (New condition or used), these are devices that have been completely checked and put in order. so that the device has a perfect operation.
